Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes — our AI voice assistant is HIPAA-compliant via Retell AI. The assistant answers general practice questions and handles appointment-related calls only. It does not collect, store, or transmit sensitive medical information or personal health details (PHI). For medical advice or personal health inquiries, patients are directed to contact your staff directly.
Can the AI answer insurance or medical questions?
The AI can answer basic FAQs about your services and accepted insurance plans. For complex medical or insurance-related questions, it will route the caller to your staff or flag the call for human follow-up.
